Animal Bikes – Installation Guide

Errors/Crashes or Black Screens?

  • Be sure you followed the installation instructions
  • Describe what you were doing
  • Include your .minecraft/modloader.txt and/or server.log (use pastebin.com or [spoiler][/spoiler] tags)
  • Give other information you think might be relevant
  • Be specific I cant help you if the only thing you say is: I can’t get it to work help or help I have a black screen
  • Post it on the MinecraftForum

Client

  • Locate your .minecraft folder
    • Run minecraft (don’t login)
    • Press options
    • Click the link to Game location on disk
  • Download Modloader or Forge Universal
  • Open .minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar with winrar(or something similar)
  • Extract all files from ModLoader.zip into the minecraft.jar
  • Delete the META-INF in the minecraft.jar
  • Run minecraft and login to test if it is working so far
  • A folder .minecraft/mods should have been created when you ran it
  • Download Animal Bikes and place the zip in the .minecraft/mods folder (Don’t unzip it)
  • The singleplayer client wont work on animalbikes multiplayer servers
  • You now have installed the Animal Bikes Mod

Server

  • Download a clean minecraft_server.jar from minecraft.net
  • Place it in a folder (not in .minecraft)
  • Download Forge Universal
  • Open minecraft_server.jar with winrar(or something similar)
  • Extract all files from ModLoaderMp Server.zip or Forge Server.zip into minecraft_server.jar
  • Run the minecraft_server.jar to see if everything works so far and close it again.
  • It should have created a mods folder
  • Download Animal Bikes and place it inside the mods folder (don’t unzip it)
  • If you installed a forge server everybody connecting will need the forge client.
  • Run Server again and you should now have it installed
